Never miss a check
Contracts, paystubs, usage — plug in whatever you have. Residlio reads it, files it, and surfaces the dates that decide what you’re owed.
SAG-AFTRA work runs against the 2025 Commercials Contract, so union bookings need a shoot date of April 1, 2025 or later. Non-union has no governing agreement — we go by the term your own deal names, whenever it was shot.
Booked as On-Camera Principal / Performer
Pick your MPU term so your deadlines track correctly — nothing saves until you do.
Maximum Period of Use — the window your spot is allowed to air. 24 months is the standard 2025 SAG-AFTRA term; type the exact term your contract states.
Residlio surfaces the conflict window so you negotiate in front of the deadline, not behind it.
How being held works
Your hold runs in 13-week cycles from your shoot date. Each on-time holding fee keeps it going. If a cycle’s fee isn’t paid, your exclusivity hold simply ends there — so it’s worth keeping an eye on the dates.
Know your advertiser
Not sure which category this brand falls under? Understand who you booked — the brand and the category behind the spot.
Heads up
Categories here are common industry groupings. Residlio won’t guess the audience for this one. Your contract’s “Category(ies) of Exclusivity” line is the only binding word on what this holds you out from.
A working guide grounded in industry practice. SAG doesn’t define what counts as “competitive” — your contract’s “Category(ies) of Exclusivity” line is the only binding word.
Leave blank to use your MPU end above. Enter a date only if your deal specifies a different exclusivity end.

Once saved, Residlio then joins your connected agent, and becomes the additional eyes and ears after wrap — tracking every date, cycle, and deadline for the life of the job. (We thought you might like that.)
Edit everything above — nothing's saved until you hit Save. What the stub shows for this payment. We record it as-is.
The day you got this check. Optional — we’ll use today’s date if you don’t pick one. Confirms the spot aired and feeds on-time tracking. Your cycle runs from the 1st air date, not the day you were paid.
The day you worked. Sometimes shown as “service date” or “work date.”

No commission applied on this number. Your agreed agent percentage varies by deal and is figured on your stub’s gross, not the check amount.

P&H 23.5% is paid by the producer, on top — never deducted from you.
What's on your stub?
It names one of these under Payment Type.
